If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know how we can make it right. We’ll do whatever it takes to fix the problem. When you request for item inspection only when your order is eligible for inspection, upon receiving your items, we will inspect the size, color, style, quantities and any other visual defects on the item. If problems are found, we will immediately rectify your order.
1) Wrong color, size or visual defect
In the event of wrong color, size, visual defect, etc, we will compensate as shown in the table above.
2) Damage during shipping
If the item is damaged during shipping, we will also compensate as shown in table.
Returns Procedure
If you found that the items were damaged after the receipt of items, or inconsistent with the goods you have ordered, Please send email with order number, item name and photo, and simple description to report the case.

With saying that, however, the items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, not damaged and in a ree-saleable condition with the all tamper-resistant seals, original packaging.
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

REFUND TIME FRAME HIT YOUR ACCOUNT
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
The standard refund procedure takes 7~14days dependent on your issuing bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
After the refund left our system, please contact your card issuer for tracking, as the time frame is dependent on the bank system.
